You may observe that some people are always cheerful and active while some are not so happy.
Again there be some wearing glasses, some with hearing aids, yet some more suffering from nutritional deficiency disorders.
This situation should help you to understand that health is not something that can be achieve merely by popping one or two pills every day.
Good health is something that can only be achieved only by understanding its significance , the factors that determine the same and then applying this knowledge in everyday life.
We need to ensure that a consistent and systematic assessment of health status of our body is carried out with the help of both self and clinical examinations. Some of the important indicators of good physical condition of body are:
1-Flawless complexion of skin
2-Bright and clear eyes
3-Well groomed, healthy hair and scalp
4-Ideal BMI of body with muscles well toned to facilitate perfect and easy coordination of movements with flexibility.
5-Healthy appetite , sound sleep and Regular bowel movements.
Regular exercise :
To have better fitness , an individual has to do various fitness exercises regularly, without giving any break in the workout session. If one will not follow workout session regularly than his/her fitness will decline. Efficiency of muscles reduces due to less or irregular physical workout.
Balanced diet :
A balanced diet helps in proper growth development of an individual and also protect him/her from various diseases or deformities. If one is not able to get good and nutritious food elements, his/her physical fitness will decrease for surely.
Amount of training :
Amount of training neither should be more nor should be less. Optimum amount of training should be performed initially and should be increase step by step to increase the level of fitness. It should be kept in mind that the individual should not be over loaded any time during training.
Rest and relaxation :
During workout session, rest and relaxation should be given equal importance so that the body is able to recover from the load which it have taken and prepared itself to take next activity load efficiently. If proper relaxation is not given to the body, then due to overload of exercise /workout our body can face any injuries during training.
Good posture :
This is also an important factor which influences the physical fitness. If individual is having good posture, he/she can enhance his/her physical fitness. But, if an individual is having some postural deformities like Lordosis, Kyphosis,flat foot etc. then it will have a negative effect on development of physical fitness of an individual...!
